Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred privately to your hotel in downtown Hanoi. After check-in, the rest of the afternoon is free for you to relax and recover from the flight. 

In the early evening, your family will join a special evening jeep tour to discover a different side of Hanoi. Riding in an open-air military-style jeep, you’ll travel through both the famous landmarks and hidden backstreets of the capital, areas that most visitors never get to see. Along the way, you’ll stop at carefully selected local eateries to sample some of Hanoi’s best street food specialties, from grilled dishes and fresh noodles to local snacks and desserts. One of the highlights of the evening is a visit to Hanoi’s famous train street café, where you can sit just steps away from the railway tracks, enjoy a drink, and experience the unique atmosphere as the train passes through the narrow residential street, an unforgettable and surprisingly exciting moment for both adults and children. Beyond the food, the experience offers a glimpse into Hanoi after dark: vibrant street life, hidden alleys, local cafés, and the lively energy that makes the city so memorable. Return to your hotel later in the evening.

This morning, your family will enjoy a relaxed exploration of Hanoi through a mix of culture and local experiences. Begin at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, where both adults and children can discover the diversity of Vietnam’s ethnic cultures through interactive displays, traditional houses, and folk games. It’s one of the most engaging and family-friendly museums in the city.

Continue to the Temple of Literature: Vietnam’s first university and a symbol of learning and tradition. Here, the younger members of the family can join a local tradition by gently touching the stone turtle heads, believed to bring luck and success in studies.

For lunch, enjoy a truly local experience with ngan cháy tỏi (crispy duck with garlic) at a small neighborhood restaurant loved by Hanoi locals. This is the kind of hidden spot that most regular tourists would never discover, offering a more authentic taste of the city’s food culture.

In the afternoon, travel to Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, located in the countryside outside Hanoi and famous for its vibrant red incense bundles spread across the village to dry under the sun.

Walk through local workshops to observe how incense sticks are handmade using traditional methods passed down through generations. The colorful scenery creates one of the most photogenic cultural experiences in northern Vietnam and is especially popular for photography and social media check-ins. Enjoy time exploring, taking photos, and experiencing a quieter side of Vietnamese rural life before returning to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

After breakfast, depart Hanoi for Ninh Binh, a peaceful region often known as “Halong Bay on land” thanks to its spectacular limestone mountains and scenic countryside.

Upon arrival, visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the former capital of Vietnam during the 10th century. Explore the historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le while learning about the early dynasties of Vietnamese history. Surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs, the ancient capital offers a unique blend of history and nature.

Continue to Bich Dong Pagoda, a charming ancient stone pagoda built into the mountainside and one of the most picturesque landmarks in Ninh Binh. Walk through the famous stone gate entrance, a favorite photography spot for travelers visiting the region.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring traditional northern Vietnamese cuisine.

In the afternoon, board a traditional sampan boat to explore Tam Coc, one of Ninh Binh’s most beautiful landscapes. As local rowers gently paddle along the peaceful Ngo Dong River, you will pass through rice fields, limestone mountains, and natural caves hidden among the dramatic scenery.
Late afternoon, challenge yourself with a climb to the top of Mua Cave Viewpoint, one of the most breathtaking panoramic viewpoints in northern Vietnam. From the summit, admire the spectacular landscape of Tam Coc with its winding river, rice fields, and endless limestone peaks stretching into the distance like a living painting. After the tour, return to Hanoi.

At 8am, our driver will see you in the hotel lobby and depart for Halong. Around noon, arrive at Tuan Chau International Marina and complete check-in procedures before boarding Capella Cruise. After a welcome drink and safety briefing, enjoy lunch while the cruise sails through the stunning limestone landscape of Lan Ha Bay.

In the afternoon, the cruise anchors at the Frog Lagoon area, where you can enjoy various activities such as kayaking, waterslide, swimming pool, jacuzzi, or simply relaxing on board while admiring the bay scenery.

As sunset approaches, join the sunset party on the sundeck with snacks and drinks during Happy Hour. Later, take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration before enjoying a gourmet dinner onboard.

The evening is free at leisure. You may try squid fishing, relax at the lounge, or enjoy onboard entertainment facilities. 

Overnight on Capella Cruise

Start the morning with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the bay. After breakfast, explore Dark & Bright Cave by local rowing boat or kayaking through calm waters surrounded by dramatic limestone formations.

Return to the cruise for check-out procedures before enjoying brunch as the boat cruises back toward the marina. Disembark around late morning and continue your journey back to Hanoi.

After check-in, enjoy some time to relax and settle in at your hotel. In the evening, explore the charming streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter at your own pace, with plenty of opportunities for shopping, cafés, and local street food. Continue to May Rut Trong Island, a beautiful tropical escape known for its white sandy beaches and calm lagoons. Here, you can relax at the beach bar, swim, sunbathe under coconut trees, or simply enjoy the peaceful island atmosphere with your family.

Later, the speedboat heads to Thom Island, home to the exciting Aquatopia Water Theme Park, featuring a wide variety of water slides and attractions suitable for both adults and children.

At the end of the day, enjoy a spectacular ride on the world’s longest oversea cable car (approximately 25 minutes), offering breathtaking panoramic views over fishing villages, tropical islands, and the turquoise waters of southern Phu Quoc, especially beautiful at sunset.

At 8:30 AM, meet your private driver at the hotel lobby and depart for Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc in the northern part of the island. E-tickets with QR codes will be provided in advance, allowing quick and seamless entry without waiting in line. The drive from Novotel Phu Quoc takes approximately 60 minutes.

Arriving around 9:30 AM, you will begin your visit during the coolest and most comfortable part of the day, when the animals are most active. Enjoy the animal performance show before exploring the safari park and open zoo by specialized safari bus, offering close-up views of wildlife in spacious natural environments.
